Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All purchased items is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Some products are printed on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns after orders are processed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Earrings aren't refundable or exchangeable.
- Customed orders, personalized orders or printed on demand products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Clothing.
- Items on sale.
- Gift cards.

Return Policy
Due to Covid-19 we will not be accepting returns or exchanges until further notice.
Please contact us if you have any problem with your order at tairisdejesus.shop@gmail.com. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the label attached to the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
All purchased items from the SALE section is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Earrings aren't returnable or exchangeable. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at tairisdejesus.shop@gmail.com.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time your order is completed 7 days a week. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to it.
PRINT ON DEMAND Shipments are made from our warehouses located in different part of the world. For that reason, your order will arrive in different shipments and on different dates. The average delivery time for your items is 2-14 business days.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100. If not, your Flat Rate is $6 for PR and US. For special deliveries please let us now at checkout or send us an email at tairisdejesus.shop@gmail.com.
Puerto Rico Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after being shipped out.
International Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 4-14 days after being shipped out.
Please notice that Tairis De Jesús is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.
If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Tairis De Jesús will not refund the shipping cost. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send.

DISCLAIMER: Normally our processing time takes 1 to 5 business days. However, due to COVID-19 the processing time may increase a little over 15-20 business days. Thank you for your patience; we are all in this together and will get over it soon.
